Structure Tone successfully managed the office relocation for GameChanger, relocating them to a 26,000sf space spanning floors 17 and 18 at Zero Irving. Tasked with creating a modern workspace for 100 employees, the project aimed for both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The office space was meticulously planned to include collaborative areas, copier stations, multiple conference rooms, and two fully equipped pantries, all designed to foster productivity and innovation. One standout design feature was the striking interconnecting staircase that links floors 17 and 18. Crafted with a metal framework, wooden treads, and custom hand railings, the staircase not only facilitated easy movement between levels but also served as a visual centerpiece within the open ceiling concept office. Custom light fixtures were strategically placed throughout the space, enhancing the ambiance and providing optimal lighting conditions. The interior design was further enriched with millwork and fabric panels, contributing to both the office’s sophisticated appearance and acoustic performance.
Challenges arose, particularly regarding the project’s timeline in meeting TCO requirements. However, Structure Tone’s careful planning and efficient utilization of premium time programs ensured that all milestones, including the intricate staircase installation, were completed on schedule. The integration of mechanical infrastructure and technology was also a key focus with VRF systems, CRAC units, and IDF rooms. Serving as the first pilot program for Structure Tone, the implementation of the innovative OTTO Tech Systems’ Smart Ladders provided our team with smart sensors, real-time alerts, and analytics reporting throughout the entire jobsite. This project did not only showcase Structure Tone’s ability to deliver complex projects with precision and efficiency but also underscored their commitment to creating dynamic and technologically advanced work environments for their clients.
